Women's Artistic Gymnastics is a challenging, fun and safe sport for girls to learn coordination & confidence, develop creativity, and contribute to their general health and fitness.
Women's Artistic Gymnastics:

Classes
1 to 3 sessions per week, each 2-3 hours depending on level
Pre-Competition class
for developing gymnasts to competition level
Competition class
Girls aged 6 and over
Levels 1 - 10
Competing in competitions conducted by Gymnastics SA
Can compete at Club, State and National Level
Selection in National Levels Squad (Levels 8 & 9) to tour overseas is available.

Entry into these classes is by invitation, and based on skill level and available vacancies.
